Today in class we talked about the test tomorrow and here are some of my notes

Their founder is Jesus Christ (4-36 Ad)
They primary believe in the New Testament
Abrahamic
Islam - second largest religion
Indonesia, Middle East, and North Africa
Sunnies, and the Shiites
Their founder is Mohamed (570-632 Ad) a prophet.
Their holy book is the Koran
Their beliefs include The Five Pillars.
Monothesicstic
Abrahamic
Hinduism - third largest religion
They are most concentrated in India and Nepal. 97% live in India
It came out a few thousand years before christ. Longest religion
Their Holy book called the Vedas includes songs
Passed down by oral tradition
reincarnation
Buddhism - fourth largest religion
Their founder is Siddhartha Gautama.

They also believe in the four noble truths. They want to get to Nirvana. Also believe in reincarnation.
Judaism - 14-18 million
Their Holy book is the Torah which is the first five books of the Old Testament.
Their founder is Abraham
They don't believe in the new testament
